Feasibility Assessment

the engineering studio were appointed to prepare a feasibility assessment for a greenfield parcel of land which highlighted all civil and structural engineering constraints and that could inform the land value.

A swept-path analysis was initially carry out to inform the site layout, followed by an assessment of the drainage, levels and plot foundations constraints.

A ground modelling (cut and fill) exercise was carried out to inform the site finished levels and to reduce earthworks. Part of the site was raised to avoid issues with the existing ground water table.
