Feasibility Assessment and Ground modelling

The engineering studio were appointed to prepare a feasibility assessment which highlighted all civil and structural engineering constraints and that could inform the land value.

An assessment of the drainage, levels and plot foundations was carried out and a ground modelling (cut and fill) exercise was completed to inform the site finished levels and to reduce earthworks.
